Overview

AllPornDownloader respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not host any video content — we provide a tool that generates download links from third-party platforms.

If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent at hulioeglesias666@gmail.com with the subject line DMCA Takedown Notice.

Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate it (e.g., the URL of the page on our site)
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to disable access to the infringing material or remove functionality that enables access to it. We will notify the party who posted the content where applicable.

Please note: because we do not host videos, the appropriate venue for most copyright complaints is the platform where the video is hosted (e.g., PornHub, xVideos). We encourage you to also file a complaint directly with those platforms.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address. Counter-notifications must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the access of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
